Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute general clerical support including the recording, systematic organization, and digital capturing of departmental data and correspondence
- Maintain and update official registers and statistical databases for the business unit
- Facilitate routine enquiry management and handle document reproduction services (photocopying and facsimiles)
- Coordinate the distribution and collection of official documentation and packages among various stakeholders
- Administer a secure and organized filing and archiving system for the component
- Draft and process official letters and maintain incoming/outgoing document registers
- Provide Supply Chain Management support by obtaining procurement quotations and completing purchase forms for standard office items
- Deliver Personnel Administration support by maintaining staff records and assisting with payroll and payslip distribution
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for staff travel and accommodation
- Oversee the distribution and tracking of departmental assets and equipment
