- Basic understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and National Land Transport Act (NLTA)
- Familiarity with Asset Management procedures

- Ability to operate standard office equipment.

- Experience with IT Service Desk or Helpdesk systems is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the IT Office
- Manage the IT Helpdesk by logging service requests, assigning calls to technicians, and updating statuses daily
- Facilitate asset management through tracking and processing asset transfer documentation
- Assist with procurement requests, maintaining meticulous record-keeping and filing systems
- Coordinate professional appointments between service providers and IT technicians within the District
- Administer office logistics, including arranging meetings, events, and managing leave registers
- Process travel and subsistence (T&S) claims for office staff in compliance with departmental policy
- Draft routine correspondence, memos, and reports while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Public Service prescripts.
