Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute comprehensive general clerical support including data capturing, correspondence retrieval, and systematic record organization
- Maintain and update departmental registers and statistical data
- Facilitate routine enquiry management and document reproduction services
- Coordinate the distribution and collection of official documentation among internal and external stakeholders
- Administer a robust filing and archiving system for the business unit
- Draft and type official correspondence and maintain incoming/outgoing mail registers
- Provide Supply Chain Management support by liaising with stakeholders and obtaining procurement quotations
- Deliver Personnel Administration support including maintenance of staff records and payroll distribution assistance
- Coordinate travel logistics and accommodation arrangements for departmental staff
- Oversee the distribution and tracking of office assets and equipment
