Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Render general clerical support including recording, organizing, storing, and retrieving correspondence and line-function data
- Update and maintain departmental registers and statistics to ensure data integrity
- Handle routine enquiries and manage office communications via telephone, photocopies, and facsimiles
- Facilitate the distribution and collection of documents and packages between stakeholders
- Maintain a systematic filing system for the component including incoming and outgoing document logs
- Provide supply chain clerical support by liaising with stakeholders and obtaining quotations for standard office items
- Support personnel administration through the maintenance of staff records and travel/accommodation arrangements
- Assist in payroll management, payslip distribution, and the allocation of office assets.
