Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide office support including meeting organization, minutes, and correspondence
- Support the secretariat for functional steering committees
- Facilitate data capturing for DPWI and Public Bodies into the EPWPRS (Reporting System)
- Liaise with Municipalities and Public Bodies within the O.R.
- Tambo Region
- Verify data accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Conduct site verification visits to ensure compliance with EPWP guidelines
- Collect and audit attendance registers, payment registers, and participant contracts
- Facilitate procurement for the directorate (venues, stationery, fuel claims)
- Monitor budget and facilitate shifting of funds to prevent over/underspending
