XL Turners Travel has acquired Grindrod Travels corporate travel division as part of its strategic growth plan.
The acquisition followed Grindrod Groups decision to dispose of its non-core assets and focus on its port and logistics businesses, XL Turners Travel said in a statement.
Key Grindrod staff have joined the Turners team. Clients of both companies will benefit from enhanced corporate travel services, greater operational capacity and a wider range of experienced travel specialists.
