Windstar Cruises will redeploy its four-masted sailing yacht, Wind Star , to French Polynesia from March 2027, joining the all-suite Star Breeze in the region.
For agents selling the destination, the redeployment means a choice of two product types. The 148-passenger Wind Star will operate the seven-night Dreams of Tahiti itinerary year-round, departing every Monday. The itinerary includes Raiatea, regarded as the ancestral homeland of the Maori people.
The 312-passenger Star Breeze will continue to operate longer 21-day voyages through the Tuamotus, Marquesas, Fiji and the Cook Islands.
