Mohammed Salem, Lee-Ann Olwage, Alejandro Cegarra, and Julia Kochetova have been announced as the winners of this years competition, which is run by the World Press Photo Foundation an independent, not-for-profit organisation that celebrates the importance of press and documentary photography.
