Businessman Brown Mogotsi has told the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria that he is an agent for the countrys crime intelligence.
The alleged political fixer has been mentioned several times as a key player in interference with the criminal justice system, which the commission is tasked with investigating.
Mogotsi has claimed in recent times that he survived a hit when his car came under fire on the East Rand.
