Vodafone Group Plc Vodafone has announced that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100 of Skaylink GmbH, a leading European cloud and digital transformation specialist, for a total consideration of 175 million. The transaction will be primarily completed through funds managed by Waterland Private Equity, with final completion expected by March 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
Skaylink, headquartered in Germany, is a full-service provider of cloud, digital transformation, and security solutions, employing more than 500 experts across Europe. The company is widely recognised for its expertise in managing Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services AWS cloud environments, as well as implementing AI-powered business solutions for enterprise and public sector clients.
This acquisition marks a major step in Vodafone Business' growth strategy, strengthening its capabilities in cloud management, cybersecurity, and managed digital services. By integrating Skaylink's advanced technical expertise and customer-centric approach, Vodafone will enhance its service offering to business and government customers, supporting their cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation journeys.
