The initiative aims to provide Visa cardholders with exclusive benefits, premium offers, and curated experiences across the citys hospitality, dining, shopping, and cultural sectors.
The selection of Dubai underscores the Emirates standing as a top international destination, consistently ranking among the worlds ten most-visited cities. Dubai attracts travelers from over 100 countries, and data from VisaNet shows that returning visitors now spend 45 more per trip than first-time tourists. Spending on entertainmentcovering recreation, amusement parks, and attractionsrose by 69 compared to 2024, while dining expenditures increased by 20 and apparel and fashion purchases grew by 25 in 2025. Key visitor markets include Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The program highlights curated experiences accessible via a dedicated platform, partnerships with leading merchants offering exclusive cardholder benefits, seamless digital booking, and secure payment options. Special privileges are available for Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholders, enabling them to enjoy enhanced access to premium experiences.
