A 20-year-old man has been sentenced to 12 years behind bars by the Upington Magistrates Court in the Northern Cape for the murder of his 15-year-old cousin.
The incident occurred on New Years Eve when cousins Geraldo Filander and Calvin Brouw fought over R10.
Filander was arrested a day after the incident.
