The Competition Council of Morocco has received notification of a proposed economic concentration in which UM6P Ventures SA will acquire 15 of the share capital and associated voting rights of Spotter SARL, resulting in joint control of the company.
UM6P Ventures SA is a Moroccan joint-stock company with investments in agriculture, chemicals, green technologies, and health technologies. Spotter SARL, a Moroccan limited liability company based in Casablanca, specializes in technological services for verifying the solvency of payment methods.
The Competition Council has made a non-confidential summary of the transaction available to the public. Interested third parties are invited to submit observations within 10 days of the communique's publication, until November 24, 2025.
