Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has admitted that Romeo Lavia could be facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after sustaining an injury.
Lavia lasted only six minutes in Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Qarabag in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
The Belgian midfielder has struggled with fitness issues since joining the Blues from Southampton.
