Two suspects arrested in connection with the murder of a woman and a child who were reported missing in May, appeared before the Vuwani Magistrates Court in Limpopo on Friday.
Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba says they have discovered the bodies of the mother and her daughter who are believed to be Rendani Tshigwili and her daughter, who were last seen at Tshiulungoma village when they visited the womans mother more than two months ago.
DNA testing is currently being done to positively link them.
The accused, Tshilidzi Phalandwa and Balangani Sedzani Tshivhombedze, have been remanded in police custody until the 12th of August.
