Two people have been arrested on the N1 near Musina in Limpopo for possession of explosives.
Police spokesperson Brigadier Hlulani Mashaba says they gave chase after the suspects when they passed a stop and search point at high speed.
Mashaba says during the vehicle search, police found bags containing explosives.
