Tunisia moved to the top of Group C at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations with a comfortable 3-1 win over Uganda at the Rabat Olympic Stadium on Tuesday night.
In rainy conditions, the Carthage Eagles outclassed the Cranes and scored via Ellyes Skhiri and Elias Achouri two to take firs t place in the standings on goal difference over Nigeria who defeated Tanzania earlier in the evening.
Tunisia were on the front foot from the very first whistle and claimed the lead as early as the 10th minute, with Ellyes Skhiri getting on the end of Hannibal Mejbris corner kick and heading home via the inside of the post for 1-0.
