The Judicial Inquiry into allegations of attempting to stop the investigations or prosecutions of Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC Cases will start to unravel crucial concerns on Monday.
They relate to why so few of the 300 cases that the TRC Amnesty Committee referred to the National Prosecuting Authority NPA over two decades ago have been investigated.
Retired Constitutional Court Justice Sisi Khampepe is the chairperson of the inquiry.
