US President Donald Trump unleashed a tirade on Tuesday morning, blasting both Israel and Iran for breaching a ceasefire deal he personally brokered and announced just hours earlier.

Speaking before his departure to a NATO summit in The Hague, Trump didn't mince words, accusing both nations of escalating tensions instead of honouring their agreement to pause hostilities.

'They've been fighting so long and so hard, they don't even know what the f they're doing,' Trump snapped during an exchange with ABC News ' Rachel Scott. The visibly irritated former president was responding to questions about the shaky truce that had been brokered the previous night.

Trump claimed Iran was the first to cross the line but quickly added that Israel was no innocent party either. 'Israel, right after we sealed the deal, dropped a boatload of bombs I've never seen before. It was the heaviest strike I've ever witnessed,' he said. 'I'm not happy with Israel. And I'm not happy with Iran either.'

The ceasefire plan, which Trump posted to his Truth Social platform on Monday evening , involved back-to-back 12-hour ceasefires: Iran would pause first, then Israel. The idea was to give each side time to complete active missions before calling off all military action. If both complied, the war would be officially over after 24 hours.
