Limpopo Premier Phophi Ramathuba paid tribute to Dikeledi Magadzi earlier today as she delivered a eulogy to the late former Deputy Minister of Transport .
Magadzi passed away last Sunday, at the age of 75 and has been accorded a Special Provincial Official Funeral Category Two. She was buried at Silicon Cemetery.
Ramathuba described Magadzi as a visionary who laid the foundation that the provincial government continues to build on. Ramathuba said Magadzi connected the marginalized to the government, ensuring much-needed engagement and collaboration.
