Victor Osimhen is reportedly in a positive frame of mind following fresh efforts by Turkish giants Galatasaray to secure his signature on a permanent deal this summer.
According to Galatasaray reporter Kagan Dursun, the club's vice-president, Abdullah Kavukcu, recently sent a representative to Nigeria in a bid to persuade the Super Eagles striker to commit to the move.
"Galatasaray wouldnt send Abdullah Kavukcu to Italy for no reason and have him sit at the table with Napoli, and Abdullah Kavukcu wouldnt send one of his men to Nigeria and have him meet with the Turkish Consulate for a project like a school etc," Dursun said via Habersarikirmizi.
"That they had previously discussed with Osimhen. In other words, there is a green light from Osimhen here."
He continued, "However, this doesnt mean that Osimhen has agreed 100 with Galatasaray.
