Liverpool have made a club to club approach with Newcastle to discuss a record bid for Swedish striker, Alexander Isak.
However, the Reds will focus on signing Hugo Ekitike from Eintracht Frankfurt If Isak won't be available.
Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano reports that it is up to Newcastle to decide as they never wanted to sell Isak and have offered him a new deal.
