Former Manchester United player, Paul Parker has asked his old team to sign Ruben Neves from Al-Hilal.
He thinks the midfielder has all the qualities needed to quickly become successful at Old Trafford.
Parker told Metro that the only thing stopping Neves from moving is the wages, and he said the 20 million asking price is reasonable.
