Chelseas owners, BlueCo, are set to see their attempt to sign Julio Enciso from Brighton fall through, the DailyMail reports.
Enciso was on the verge of joining Strasbourg for this season, before transferring to Chelsea next year.
A fee around 13.8million was agreed between the two Premier League clubs for the 21-year-old midfielder.
