Polish state rail operator PKP Intercity will launch a new overnight sleeper train, connecting southeastern Poland to Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and Germany.

The EuroNight service, EN Carpatia, will begin operating from December 14, starting in Przemysl and running via Rzeszw, Krakw and Katowice in Poland. It will continue into the Czech Republic and travel through Vienna, Linz and Salzburg in Austria before arriving in Munich, Germany.

At Bohumn in the Czech Republic, several carriages will be detached and routed to Bratislava in Slovakia and Budapest in Hungary.
