A tourist train between Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ploce in Croatia began operations this past weekend, connecting central Bosnia with the Adriatic coast.
The train departs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will operate until August 31, according to Croatia Week .
The Railways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina FBiH re-established the line after many years without passenger services between Sarajevo and Croatia.

The double-decker train with high-end accommodation ended regular operations in 2016 following the launch of the Hokkaido Shinkansen but operated a few times a month as a sightseeing train.
