Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, James Maddison turns 29 today and coincidentally it's a day for the North London Derby between Spurs and Arsenal, Softfootball reports.
The former Leicester City player born on November 23, 1996 has not played a game for Thomas Frank's men this season after he picked up an anterior cruciate ligament injury in the pre-season friendly against Newcastle United. Maddison is expected to miss seven months of action this season for Tottenham.
The creative midfielder was part of the Spurs side that defeated Manchester United 1-0 in the final of the Europa League last season but they finished a disappointing 16th in the premier league and he was hoping to help the club improve this season until the injury.
