Tottenham midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur is scheduled to undergo surgery which will keep him out for about three months on the sidelines, Softfootball reports.
The 28-year-old, who extended his Spurs contract in October will be missed as he is one of the first names of Thomas Frank's squad for every match-day. Bentancur will therefore miss 13 matches for Tottenham in all competition due to injury.
According to football expert, Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle , informs that the Uruguayan is schedule to be out for a while and Spurs are looking into the January market for solutions. He wrote:
