Three people have died after the bus they were travelling in overturned on the N1 south between Edenburg to Bloemfontein in the early hours of Monday.
Chairperson of the Road Accident Management Systems, Sipho Towa says the bus, which had a trailer attached overturned with 70 passengers on board.
Towa says the injured have been transported to various hospitals in the province.
