Park Village Auctions, which is handling the sale, confirmed that each property will go under the hammer on Thursday, 24 July at 11am, with online bidding available. Public viewings are scheduled throughout July on the 6th, 13th, 19th, and 20th from 10am to 4pm.
The jewel of the auction is 5 Saxonwold Drive, a sprawling 4 200sqm estate boasting eight bedrooms, indoor pool, entertainment areas, and extensive garaging across three floors.
