The tickets for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026 have officially gone on sale, starting December 11. This records the beginning of fan preparations for one of cricket's biggest global events. The ICC has kept ticket prices at historic lows, making the tournament more accessible for everyone. In India, ticket prices start at INR 100, while in Sri Lanka, they begin at LKR 1000. Notably, more than 2 million tickets have been released in Phase 1 across group-stage and Super Eight matches.

The tournament will take place from February 7 to March 8, 2026, across eight major venues in India and Sri Lanka. The opening match will be between Pakistan and the Netherlands in Colombo, followed by fixtures in Kolkata and Mumbai. Tickets were launched by India captain Suryakumar Yadav and South Africa's Aiden Markram during the second T20I of their ongoing series. The supporters can now secure seats early and plan their match-day experience well in advance.

Ticket prices for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 are designed to be affordable for all fans. In India, prices start at INR 100 for selected venues like Kolkata and Ahmedabad. Chennai begins at INR 300, Delhi at INR 150, and Mumbai at INR 250. In Sri Lanka, tickets start at LKR 1000 across Colombo and Kandy. These prices apply to Phase 1 sales, covering group-stage and Super Eight matches. High-demand games like India-Pakistan also have surprisingly low starting prices due to the ICC's strategy to improve in-stadium turnout. Phase 2 pricing and category-wise details will be announced later. However, due to high demand for India matches, the starting price can be on the higher end. So far on the BookMyShow portal, ICC has released tickets for the India vs Netherlands tickets, scheduled to take place in Ahmedabad, whose starting price is INR 500 and goes up to INR 2000.
