The Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein will hear the appeal brought by the African National Congress ANC after it lost the application to stop the use of the MK Partys name and logo .
Before the 2024 General Elections, the ANC unsuccessfully invoked trademark law in the Durban High Court.
Judge Mahendra Chetty dismissed the application but later granted the ANC leave to appeal.
