Liverpool legend, Steven Gerrard has named Arsenals Declan Rice and Real Madrids Jude Bellingham as Englands best two midfielders at the moment.
Gerrard said that Rice would pose a challenging matchup as he also expressed his desire to go head-to-head with Bellingham.
I think Declan Rice is a really, really good midfielder. I like an awful lot about him, Gerrard said in an interview with Rio Ferdinand.
