A new residential development in the Cape Winelands has delivered one of the strongest single-day property launches seen in the region, highlighting sustained demand for lifestyle-focused housing along the Western Cape's growth corridor.
During an online launch on 18 March, Pam Golding Properties concluded apartment sales worth more than R618 million at The Charles , a new development located within the landscaped grounds of the historic Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West.
The transactions included 124 apartments, ranging from studio units to three-bedroom homes, alongside the sale of a penthouse valued at R25 million, as highlighted by the Daily Investor .
