The recognition highlights the bank's successful implementation of the Electronic Direct Debit e-Mandate service and its pioneering role in launching Oman's National Payment Card - "Maal." These initiatives strengthen the resilience and efficiency of the nation's payments infrastructure and underscore the bank's leadership in Oman's digital transformation agenda.
The awards were presented by H.E. Ahmed Jaafar Salim Al-Musalmi, Governor of the CBO, and received by Abdulwahid Mohamed Al Murshidi, CEO of Sohar International.
