Cross examination of Muzi Sibiya, accused number one in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial continues on Tuesday.
Sibiya has been confronted by his late lawyer Thulani Mngomezulus claims that Longwe Twala shot himself during a scuffle with his then girlfriend Zandi Khumalo and subsequently killed Meyiwa.
Mngomezulu previously told the court that three shots were fired, one bullet hit Meyiwa, one mistakenly hit Twala on the ankle and the other grazed Zandi Khumalo.
