The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry Spokesperson, Jeremy Michaels, has confirmed that there has been a shooting incident involving the vehicle of businessman and alleged African National Congress ANC fixer, Brown Mogotsi, in Vosloorus, on Gautengs East Rand.
It is still not clear whether Mogotsi had been travelling in the vehicle when it came under fire.
The incident which happened on Monday night has raised concerns over the witnesses appearing at the Madlanga Commission.
