Lekompo artist Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke, popularly known as Shebe Maburna or Shebeshxt, has lost his urgent appeal against the Polokwane magistrates court decision to deny him bail in December.
The Rato Laka hitmaker, 30, filed his appeal at the Polokwane high court on 31 December after spending Christmas in custody. Judgement was reserved after a hearing.
