The Sharks registered their first win of the United Rugby Championship URC season , after beating Welsh team Scarletts 29-19 at Kingspark stadium in Durban, Saturday afternoon.
They have now moved to the 12th position for the time being with eight points in five matches.
The Durban-based side will meet Connacht from Ireland away in their next fixture.
