Arrangements for sentencing procedures in the kidnapping of Joshlin Smith are expected to be finalised in the Western Cape High Court sitting in Saldanha Bay today.
Last week, Judge Nathan Erasmus delivered judgment in which he found that the mother of Joshlin, Kelly Smith, Jacquen Appollis and Steveno van Rhyn kidnapped the then six-year-old little girl.
He said the three also trafficked the girl for payment or promises of payment.
The case has been described as the first of its kind in South Africa.
