Twenty-seven motorists have been arrested for drunk driving in the Limpopo over the past weekend. The Limpopo Transport Department conducted an operation aimed at strengthening regulations on the roads.
The departments spokesperson Matome Taueatsoala has called on motorists to adhere to all road regulations.
Taueatsoala says that the highest alcohol level recorded during the operation was 1.53mg/1000ml in the Mopani District.
