The South African Weather Service SAWS has issued a Yellow level 4 warning for tomorrow through Saturday for strong, potentially damaging winds expected to affect the south-western and western interior regions of South Africa.
Wind gusts are expected to reach speeds of up to 88kph in certain areas of the western interior. Wind gusts are intense, sudden, short bursts of high-speed wind, typically lasting under 20 seconds, but can still cause significant damage to life, buildings and belongings.
