South African wheelchair tennis star Kgothatso Montjane has crashed out in the semi-finals of the French Open in Paris.
Dutch second seed, Aniek van Koot beat Montjane 6-4, 6-4 to move into her fourth womens wheelchair final at Roland Garros.
Meanwhile, defending champion Carlos Alcaraz of Spain advanced to Sundays mens final after Italian eighth seed, Lorenzo Musetti, retired due to injury in the fourth set.
The Spaniard enjoyed a 4-6, 7-6, 6-love, 2-love lead when Musetti called it quits.
The second seed will take on the winner of the second semi-final, later tonight between another Italian, top seed Jannik Sinner, and three-time champion, fifth seed, Novak Djokovic of Serbia.
