The South African Revenue Service SARS has given uMkhonto weSizwe MK Party member of Parliament Lucky Montana 24 hours to withdraw his false claims, failure to which it will disclose his tax information to disprove the claims.

IOL reported on Tuesday 7 October that Montana, who is a former CEO of the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa PRASA, had laid criminal charges against SARS Commissioner Edward Kieswetter and other officials.

He reportedly accused them of fraudulently doctoring a fake court judgement to justify a hefty tax bill as well as maladministration, abuse of power and a politically motivated witch hunt.
