Children under attack in three shocking Cape Town cases have raised urgent concerns after incidents in Delft, Valhalla Park and Capricorn came to light this week, Cape town Etc reports.
Residents first reacted with shock in Delft after the discovery of a foetus on an open field in the Tsunami informal settlement. The Daily Voice reported that the body of the newborn girl was found in a plastic bag, with the afterbirth and umbilical cord still attached.
A group of friends, who made the discovery, told the publication that they saw dogs fiddling around with the packet.
