Lobby group Operation Dudula has welcomed the judgment of the High Court in Durban against the South African Human Rights Commission SAHRC.
On Friday, the court dismissed with costs the commissions urgent interdict against the barring of foreign nationals from accessing services from state hospitals and clinics.
Judge David Sachs said the commissions application was an abuse of court processes.
