The Communications Authority of Kenya CA has reported significant growth and renewed competition in the country's broadband and fixed data market, signaling a dynamic shift in Kenya's digital connectivity landscape.

According to the latest data from the CA, Safaricom PLC continues to lead the broadband sector, commanding a 34.3 market share, followed by Jamii Telecommunications Ltd 20.6 and Wananchi Group Kenya Ltd 12.7. Poa Internet Kenya Ltd ranks close behind at 12.5, highlighting the strong presence of homegrown internet providers.

Other notable players include Ahadi Wireless 7.5, Vilcom Network 4.1, Mawingu Networks 3.6, Dimension Data Solutions East Africa 0.9, Starlink Internet Services Kenya 0.8, and Liquid Telecommunications Kenya 0.8, with other smaller ISPs collectively accounting for 2.3 of the market.
