Ticket sales for the Rugby World Cup 2027 will open soon, with dates, venues and kick-off times confirmed. A total of one million presale tickets will be available from February 18, with prices ranging from AUD40 R450 to AUD100 R1 125,20.
Teams are spread out across six pools, with the winner and runner-up of each match qualifying for the knockout round. Knockout is where the top16 teams will battle it out in single eliminations with a third-place play-off.
This major sporting event will see 52 matches played across 19 match days hosted by major cities in Australia , with the final match day scheduled for November 13, 2027. The schedule is mostly weekend-focused to maximise on supporter attendance. The opening match will take place in Perth Stadium on October 1, 2027 between Australia and Hong Kong.
