The Road Traffic Management Corporation RTMC has raised concerns about the persistent number of head-on collisions, which have not shown any decline.
The statement follows this mornings incident on the N4 toll road in Mpumalanga, where seven people lost their lives in a head-on collision, and one person was left seriously injured.
RTMC Spokesperson Simon Zwane says most of these crashes are as a result of reckless driving.
