Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney has offered his latest Premier League title prediction.
Rooney noted that Mikel Artetas Arsenal and Pep Guardiolas Manchester City will finish above Aston Villa in the Premier League table this season.
Arsenal are currently two points ahead of City and three points ahead of Villa in the table.
